    Conceived as a multipurpose space for show-cooking activities, meetings and conferences, everybody can follow the Chef's performances directly on the screen. The cooking block contained in a crystal box to protect floors and ceilings of the 17th-century, is designed by IFSE. One of the most beautiful rooms of the Castle.

    Intuitive learning

    Marble and stainless steel counters, State-of-the-art equipment for the fascinating world of sweet and of yeasts. Dough Sheeter, dough mixer with mixing arms, planetary, static oven with refractory stone land, Panettone and confectionery. Ice cream batch freezer, chiller, vacuum, microwave and all possible pastry art accessories complement the room.

    Equipped with single 16 stations with chest of drawers for the RCR Cristalleria tasting glasses, wines and oils, and entirely designed by IFSE with a unique design, the House is equipped with a lighting system that allows you to make the most of Visual analysis for each product.

    It is composed of 16 individual stations, each equipped with all equipment and monitors to follow on screen, in real time, each individual operation performed by the Chef. Each student has their own space to work, to work in maximum comfort and with maximum efficiency. Available to the individual, a complete accessory kit for every possible necessary element.

    Active learning

    An absolute novelty in the field of catering, the dining room is equipped with a wireless communication system between dining room and kitchen. Room guests have the opportunity to communicate directly with the chef, who can contact to ask about the dish served. They can also follow on one screen the various phases of preparation of dishes and the chef's kitchen and cooks.
