IFSE, a non-profit association established to spread the Italian life philosophy in the kitchen, with a special attention paid to the health-related aspects of food, intends to bring to the tables of the world a concentrate of pleasures combining the art of Italian style, without neglecting our traditions, through the collaboration with renowned nuthritionists, agronomists, designers and stylists.
It is an association founded to promote the culture of quality foods and improve the style in the kitchen, to spread and safeguard the education, up-dating and specializing of the agricultural and food industry and of the food-service industry. Not only: IFSE was also established to promote the “Made in Italy” food brand all over the world.
IFSE is not only a cooking school, it’s something that goes beyond: it’s the search for products of excellence, their processing, marketing and distribution on home and foreign markets. It fosters the training of chefs wishing to develop the Italian cuisine world-wide, making the use of authentic Italian products a must. The chefs trained by IFSE will be able to recognize and convey the real taste and the unique style of the Italian cuisine.
