The Specialization Course is designed for all the students who desire to improve their skills through a unique experience that will help them refine their Italian cooking style, to better grasp the “Mediterranean philosophy” and to learn new techniques to display elegant and modern dishes. IFSE has developed a training program full of innovative recipes and Food Design training, as well as in-depth study of dishes.
IFSE’s goal has always been to shape the future Ambassadors of the Italian cuisine in the world.
Specifically, IFSE developed a rich formative program with recipes of the tradition and focused on the teaching of the cornerstones of the authentic Italian cuisine, the knowledge of the products, the discover of the enogastronomic excellences of the territory.
Each lesson of the course will give the opportunity to learn the true Italian cuisine through the study of each dish, focusing on the taste, the chromatic feature, and the plating. Students will learn innovative cooking methods to better manage the raw materials.
The course is intended for those who have attended culinary schools or basic cooking classes, as well as professionals in the tourism/hotel sector, chefs with previous experience, and other related type of professionals and foreign students.

The training program consists in:
Institute: 1 month of classes at the Academy – full time, 5 days a week
Internship: 2 months in selected and accredited restaurants, laboratories, or hotels.
At the end of the course, you will receive:
- IFSE Certificate for the Specialization Course in Italian Cuisine
- Certificate Professional Association Italian Chefs
- ITA0039 Certification "Ambassador of Italian Cuisine" in defense against counterfeiting and protection of Made in Italy
Accommodation for students
IFSE has accommodation solutions, just a few metres from the school, of different types, capable of meeting the needs of all students. There is the possibility of staying in a double, triple or quadruple room solution, shared with other students on the course, or in a single room.
Alternatively, it is possible to stay in the centre of Turin for those who want to have a different experience, experience a great city and discover its beauty.

The cost of the course is € 4550 per person (including accommodation) to be paid according to the installments described below:

Do courses take place in-person?
Yes, our courses take place in-person involve mostly hands-on activities in order to give our students the possibility to acquire high level practical competences to be prepared to face the working world in conscious way.
Will I find a job after the courses?
The percentage of employment of our students after the course is extremely high: more than 90% of our students find a job within a few months after the end of the formative training in IFSE.

What kind of certification will I receive at the end of the course?

Are there any requirements to join the course?
The formative courses start from the foundations, therefore there are no requirements requested for the participation in the courses (obligatory scholastic requirements fulfilled).

Every day is an open day in IFSE: our choice is to welcome you through individual appointments where, in addition to the visit of the Institute, you’ll be able to have an individual interview to analyze your needs and answer specific doubts and questions.
