The IFSE Academy of Italian Haute Cuisine and Pastry is the first school in Italy to receive authorization from the Ministero dell’Agricoltura, della Sovranità Alimentare e delle Foreste (MASAF) to use the “Italian Cuisine Heritage of Humanity” trademark.
This recognition holds significant symbolic value and further strengthens the Academy’s role in promoting Italian gastronomic culture on an international level.
For over 15 years, IFSE has stood out as a center of excellence in the training of chefs and pastry chefs. The Academy is the only institution in Italy to have received the Italian Excellence Certificate from the General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Italian Republic, in addition to the prestigious WorldChefs Recognition of Quality Culinary Education, one of the most important international awards in the sector. IFSE courses are also endorsed by the Federazione Italiana Cuochi (FIC).
This latest achievement represents a further symbol of pride for the Academy’s chefs, instructors, and students.
The authorization to use the trademark confirms IFSE’s ongoing commitment to safeguarding and promoting Italy’s culinary tradition. From today, the logo will appear on the uniforms of chefs and students, highlighting the strong connection between the Academy’s training programs and the values of Italian cuisine, recognized as a heritage of universal significance.
Con questo risultato, IFSE consolida la propria missione: formare professionisti capaci di diventare ambasciatori della cucina italiana nel mondo, contribuendo alla diffusione e alla valorizzazione di un patrimonio culturale unico.
